When’s the right time to get a new boiler – Isle of Man

How long will the warranty be on a new gas boiler ?
Depending on the make and model, a guarantee or warranty will be upto 10 years for parts and labour. In order for the warranty to be valid the installation needs to be carried out to the manufacturers instructions and by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The benchmark which is in the installation guide must be filled out during commission of the newly installed boiler. Then each year during the service the benchmark must be again completed in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty.
